What is the UCR?
The UCR (Unofficial Complete Rulebook) is a mod for Star Trek Ascendancy.The UCR was initially concieved as a improved rulebook, incorporating FAQ answers, resolving ambiguities, and adding reference numbers. Over time, it has grown to include several fan faction expansions, including Terran Empire, Orion Syndicate, Tholian Assembly, and Dominion factions.
The latest version, UCR3, predates the Breen and official Dominion expansion. These are not included.

Version History
UCR1.0 was published in 2018. The initial version includes the Ferengi, Cardassian, and Borg expansions.UCR 1.1 through 1.4 improved the Borg rules and the layout of the rulebook, and incorporated some new FAQ answers.
UCR 2.0 incorporated the Andorian Empire and Vulcan High Command expansions and added two new factions: the Terran Empire and the Orion Syndicate.
UCR 3.0 added two new factions: the Tholian Assembly and the Dominion. It also added 40 new system disks, updated cards for many official factions, and made some rules changes.

Future History?!
UCR4.0 is almost finished. It will incorporate the Breen Confederacy expansion, update the Dominion to use some components from the official Dominion expansion, and add two new factions: Bajorans and Gorn. It will also add a reworked Vulcan faction, replacing the official Vulcans.UCR5.0 and beyond have grand ambitions. We will be reworking the other official factions, adding many more new factions, and more!
